to come up
אֶל־

to
יְהוָ֖ה
Yah·weh
the LORD ,
פֶּן־
pen-
or
יִפְרָץ־
yip̄·rāṣ-
He will break out
בָּֽם׃
bām
against them . ”
25 So Moses went down to the people and spoke to them.

וַיֵּ֥רֶד

went down
אֶל־
’el-
to
הָעָ֑ם
hā·‘ām
the people
וַיֹּ֖אמֶר
way·yō·mer

אֲלֵהֶֽם׃ס
’ă·lê·hem
to them .
