שְׁאַלְתִּיאֵ֤ל

of Shealtiel ,
נְאֻם־
nə·’um-
declares
יְהוָ֔ה
Yah·weh
the LORD ,
וְשַׂמְתִּ֖יךָ
wə·śam·tî·ḵā
and I will make you
כַּֽחוֹתָ֑ם
ka·ḥō·w·ṯām
like My signet ring ,
