בִּינָ֑ה

וְרוֹגְנִ֖ים
wə·rō·wḡ·nîm
and those who grumble
יִלְמְדוּ־
yil·mə·ḏū-
will accept
לֶֽקַח׃
le·qaḥ
instruction . ”
