and increases

וּלְאֵ֥ין

of the weak
אוֹנִ֖ים

30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall.

וְיִֽעֲפ֥וּ

grow tired
וְיִגָ֑עוּ
wə·yi·ḡā·‘ū
and weary ,
וּבַחוּרִ֖ים
ū·ḇa·ḥū·rîm
and young men
כָּשׁ֥וֹל
kā·šō·wl
stumble
יִכָּשֵֽׁלוּ׃
yik·kā·šê·lū
and fall .
31 But those who wait upon the LORD will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.
וְקוֹיֵ֤

But those who wait
יְהוָה֙
Yah·weh
upon the LORD
יַחֲלִ֣יפוּ
ya·ḥă·lî·p̄ū
will renew
כֹ֔חַ
ḵō·aḥ
their strength ;
יַעֲל֥וּ
ya·‘ă·lū
they will mount up
אֵ֖בֶר
’ê·ḇer
with wings
כַּנְּשָׁרִ֑ים
kan·nə·šā·rîm
like eagles ;
יָר֙וּצוּ֙
yā·rū·ṣū
they will run
וְלֹ֣א
wə·lō
and not
יִיגָ֔עוּ
yî·ḡā·‘ū
grow weary ,
יֵלְכ֖וּ
yê·lə·ḵū
they will walk
וְלֹ֥א
wə·lō
and not
יִיעָֽפוּ׃פ
yî·‘ā·p̄ū
faint .
