לָקַ֤ח

have accepted
עֹלָ֣ה
‘ō·lāh
the burnt offering
וּמִנְחָ֔ה
ū·min·ḥāh
and the grain offering
מִיָּדֵ֙נוּ֙
mî·yā·ḏê·nū
from our hands ,
וְלֹ֥א
wə·lō
nor would He
הֶרְאָ֖נוּ
her·’ā·nū
have shown
אֶת־
’eṯ-
us
כָּל־
kāl-
all
אֵ֑לֶּה
’êl·leh
these things
הִשְׁמִיעָ֖נוּ
hiš·mî·‘ā·nū
or spoken
וְכָעֵ֕ת
wə·ḵā·‘êṯ
to us
לֹ֥א

this way . ”
24 So the woman gave birth to a son and named him Samson. The boy grew, and the LORD blessed him.

So the woman
וַתֵּ֤לֶד

gave birth to
בֵּ֔ן
bên
a son
וַתִּקְרָ֥א
wat·tiq·rā
and named
אֶת־
’eṯ-

שְׁמ֖וֹ

him
שִׁמְשׁ֑וֹן
šim·šō·wn
Samson .
הַנַּ֔עַר
han·na·‘ar
The boy
וַיִּגְדַּ֣ל
way·yiḡ·dal
grew ,
יְהוָֽה׃
Yah·weh
and the LORD
וַֽיְבָרְכֵ֖הוּ
way·ḇā·rə·ḵê·hū
blessed him .
25 And the Spirit of the LORD began to stir him at Mahaneh-dan, between Zorah and Eshtaol.
