יְהוּדָ֗ה yə·hū·ḏāh Judah כְּפִי־ kə·p̄î- so that לֹא־ lō- no אִישׁ֙ ’îš one נָשָׂ֣א nā·śā could raise רֹאשׁ֔וֹ rō·šōw his head ; אֵ֙לֶּה֙ ’êl·leh but the [craftsmen] וַיָּבֹ֤אוּ way·yā·ḇō·’ū have come לְהַחֲרִ֣יד lə·ha·ḥă·rîḏ to terrify אֹתָ֔ם ’ō·ṯām them לְיַדּ֞וֹת lə·yad·dō·wṯ [and] throw down אֶת־ ’eṯ- - קַרְנ֣וֹת qar·nō·wṯ these horns הַגּוֹיִ֗ם hag·gō·w·yim of the nations הַנֹּשְׂאִ֥ים han·nō·śə·’îm that have lifted up קֶ֛רֶן qe·ren their horns אֶל־ ’el- against אֶ֥רֶץ ’e·reṣ the land יְהוּדָ֖ה yə·hū·ḏāh of Judah לְזָרוֹתָֽהּ׃ס lə·zā·rō·w·ṯāh to scatter it . ”
