הַבֹּטְחִ֖ים

and those who trust
פַּרְעֹ֔ה

in Pharaoh
26 I will deliver them into the hands of those who seek their lives—of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and his officers. But after this, Egypt will be inhabited as in days of old, declares the LORD.
וּנְתַתִּ֗ים

I will deliver them
בְּיַד֙

into the hands
מְבַקְשֵׁ֣י
mə·ḇaq·šê
of those who seek
נַפְשָׁ֔ם
nap̄·šām
their lives
וּבְיַ֛ד
ū·ḇə·yaḏ

נְבֽוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֥ר
nə·ḇū·ḵaḏ·reṣ·ṣar
of Nebuchadnezzar
מֶֽלֶךְ־

king
בָּבֶ֖ל

of Babylon
וּבְיַד־
ū·ḇə·yaḏ-

עֲבָדָ֑יו
‘ă·ḇā·ḏāw
and his officers .
וְאַחֲרֵי־
wə·’a·ḥă·rê-
But after

this ,
תִּשְׁכֹּ֥ן
tiš·kōn
[Egypt] will be inhabited
כִּֽימֵי־
kî·mê-
as in days
קֶ֖דֶם
qe·ḏem
of old ,
נְאֻם־
nə·’um-
declares
יְהוָֽה׃ס
Yah·weh
the LORD .
27 But you, O Jacob My servant, do not be afraid, and do not be dismayed, O Israel. For I will surely save you out of a distant place, your descendants from the land of their captivity! Jacob will return to quiet and ease, with no one to make him afraid.

be dismayed ,
יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל

O Israel .

מוֹשִֽׁעֲךָ֙

I will surely save you
מֵֽרָח֔וֹק
mê·rā·ḥō·wq
out of a distant place ,
וְאֶֽת־
wə·’eṯ-

זַרְעֲךָ֖
zar·‘ă·ḵā
your descendants
מֵאֶ֣רֶץ
mê·’e·reṣ
from the land
שִׁבְיָ֑ם
šiḇ·yām
of their captivity !
יַעֲק֛וֹב
ya·‘ă·qō·wḇ
Jacob
וְשָׁ֧ב
wə·šāḇ
will return
וְשָׁקַ֥ט
wə·šā·qaṭ
to quiet
וְשַׁאֲנַ֖ן
wə·ša·’ă·nan
and ease ,
וְאֵ֥ין
wə·’ên
with no one
מַחֲרִֽיד׃ס
ma·ḥă·rîḏ
to make him afraid .
28 And you, My servant Jacob, do not be afraid, declares the LORD, for I am with you. Though I will completely destroy all the nations to which I have banished you, I will not completely destroy you. Yet I will discipline you justly, and will by no means leave you unpunished.”

I will completely

destroy
בְּכָֽל־

הַגּוֹיִ֣ם׀
hag·gō·w·yim
the nations
אֲשֶׁ֧ר

to which
הִדַּחְתִּ֣יךָ
hid·daḥ·tî·ḵā
I have banished you
שָׁ֗מָּה
šām·māh

וְאֹֽתְךָ֙

לֹא־
lō-
I will not
אֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה

completely destroy you
כָלָ֔ה

וְיִסַּרְתִּ֙יךָ֙

Yet I will discipline you
לַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט

justly ,
לֹ֥א

and will by no means
וְנַקֵּ֖ה
wə·naq·qêh
leave you unpunished
אֲנַקֶּֽךָּ׃ס
